Secretary Fisheries, Principle Loyola College/ I.G .Rajendra Singh Commander, Coast Guard)

·    11:30am        - Guests start Stall Inauguration

·    1:00-2:00pm - Lunch( For Volunteers)

·    3:00-8:00pm -  Visitors going through the exhibits

·    4:00 - 5:30p.m - Slide show Presentations by  Mr Ashish Kumar Srivastava I FS

                                ( Wildlife Warden), Dr. Kartik Shanker ,Mr. Kumaran Sadasivam,

·    7:00-9:00pm - Cultural programmes ( Dance and Music performance by 

                                     renowned   artists

·    2.p.m.-9 p.m. - Screening of documentaries (Inside the auditorium)

 

DAY-II

·    9:00am-11:30pm- Slide show Presentations by  Dr Dhandapani (Whales and   

                                    Dolphins),  Dr Supraja Dharini (Olive Ridley Turtles of 

                                    Chennai coast), Dr Sudarsan R,   elating to Chennai’s Marine Wealth

·    12:00pm-1-00P.M.- Auction of  photographs & paintings

·    2:00-4:30pm-Street play by college students

·    5:00-5:30pm- Arrangements for the valediction

·    5:30-7:00pm-Validiction (Minister for Environment, Inspector General Rajendra      

                             Singh, Commander Indian Coast Guard  Region East , Chief of Navy)

·    7:00-8:30pm-Packing up(by volunteers)
